2025 CyTOF Summit Presentation

The CyTOF Summit has long been one of my favorite parts of CYTO, as it brings together fellow CyTOF enthusiasts and novices to learn from our peers in the field. When I was selected to give a breakout presentation at the Summit, I jumped at the opportunity.

When deliberating on what to present, it dawned on me to follow the K.I.S.S. method, much as I do for the projects I work on. To this end, I decided to present our most tried and true workflow at Ionic, one that has been distilled over years of experience, trial and error.

This workflow is applied to most of our analyses and utilizes well-vetted, industry-standard methods to elucidate the most compelling and interpretable insights from the datasets we work with.
